Infra Red Sauna
Our sauna seats up to 4 people and uses infra red light to heat which reportedly eliminates toxins, aids in weight loss, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure and can offer pain relief. Please check with your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions that may prevent you from using a sauna.

At le retreat the health coaching offered is designed to help you explore the root cause and patterns of any health concerns and discover what works best to optimise your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Adrienne works with you to determine what dietary and life-style modifications are most likely to produce tangible benefits and what therapies are effective in enhancing energy levels and encouraging a return to health for you personally.
Adrienne has over 20 years experience in uncovering food and environmental sensitivities and has studied herbal medicine, Applied Kinesiology, NLP and quantum health coaching. She often uses energy work (Sekhem), NLP techniques, flower remedies, light therapy and relaxation to help rebalance body, mind and spirit.

Facial Massage Therapy
At le retreat we offer relaxing and deep cleansing facials. Treatments commence with a pre-cleanse and skin analysis and include an exfoliation, steam, massage and masque. The massage stimulates skin improving tone and health and also relaxes and soothes the body and mind.
We offer advice on follow up treatments and suitable products for home care use. We try to use more natural and dermalogically approved skin care products in our treatments. These treatments are subject to an additional cost.
If further beauty treatments are required such as body massage, waxing, manicures and pedicures we are able to arrange for a therapist to treat you but please let us know in advance if you would like this service and require a price list.
